    Trusted Data Portal

The Portal activates across every Companion in the Smart Stack 3.0 ecosystem. Microsoft, AWS, Google, Snowflake, Databricks, Harvey, and the agentic AI systems being built on top of them. The list keeps growing. It delivers four capabilities: Direct MCP activates the Archive across Copilot, Harvey, and agentic AI. Mirroring projects governed Trusted Data into OneLake. Safe Data Drop is the secure file collaboration platform and governed intake point. Trusted Data Workflows orchestrates governed data across the enterprise from one control point.

    Foundational Principle

The Trusted Data Portal is not a governance layer for AI tools. It is the front-end environment where humans interact with verified, structured, legally defensible data and AI-assisted insight. It is the activation layer of Smart Stack 3.0, the place where chaotic enterprise data is transformed into understandable, defensible intelligence.

At its foundation, the Trusted Data Portal operates on a non-negotiable principle: AI should never reason over untrusted data. Every path the Portal exposes, Direct MCP, Mirroring, Safe Data Drop, and Trusted Data Workflows, exists to enforce that principle at enterprise scale.

    Direct MCP

Direct MCP activates the Archive across the AI ecosystem. Every AI system reasoning over enterprise communications gets a complete, immutable record. Copilot answers hold up. Harvey produces privilege-protected output. Agentic systems operate inside a defined policy envelope. Legal can defend what AI produces.

The problem it solves. Microsoft 365 cannot archive itself. Microsoft's own documentation directs customers to a third party. When a license is removed, that user's data is gone in 30 days. Native retention can be deleted by the user. AI reasons over whatever is left, full of holes, and produces confident answers anyway.

How it works. MCP, the Model Context Protocol, exposes the Archive directly to Copilot, Harvey, and any AI system that speaks MCP. Under policy. No export. No copy. No data movement.

    Mirroring

Mirroring is the precision projection of Trusted Data into OneLake. Fabric, Copilot, Power BI, Snowflake, and Databricks finally have something worth reasoning over. OneLake becomes an intelligence surface, not a storage swamp. Compute waste drops. Query precision rises. AI and analytics initiatives produce outputs the business can trust.

The problem it solves. Microsoft made it trivial to mirror databases into OneLake. They did not solve files. Files are most of the enterprise estate. Without governance upstream, every analytics and AI system downstream is reading raw file shares full of duplicates, outdated versions, and sensitive content that should never have been there.

How it works. The Refinery scans Windows File Shares, SharePoint, and OneDrive in place. ROT is eliminated. Sensitive content is classified. Metadata is enriched. The Refinery assembles Trusted Data Collections that are high-signal, policy-aligned, and provenance-attached. Mirroring is the pointer-based projection of those Collections into OneLake. No forklift migration. Only the curated output. From OneLake, Trusted Data flows natively across Fabric, Copilot, Power BI, Purview, Snowflake, and Databricks.

    Safe Data Drop

Safe Data Drop is one secure platform for both the everyday file collaboration the enterprise already needs and the governed intake of data coming in from outside the four walls. Chain of custody starts at the first upload, not after the fact.

The collaboration foundation. File sync and share for internal teams across desktop, web, and mobile. Secure external sharing with link expiration, password protection, and download controls. Folder-level permissions, access logging, and version history. Replaces the consumer-grade tools and shared drives most enterprises still rely on.

The governance layer. Authenticated, encrypted ingress for outside counsel, regulators, partners, and business units. Per-file hash verification end to end, so the audit trail proves nothing was altered. Every drop produces a defensibility report. Routes directly into Workflow Builder for legal hold, regulatory response, or governed data activation for AI.

Quantum-ready. Safe Data Drop records cryptographic transport metadata on every movement and is built to evolve with the NIST Post-Quantum Cryptography standards. The transmission handshake gets replaced with quantum-resistant key exchange. Data ingested today holds up against the decryption threats five years from now.

    Trusted Data Workflows

Trusted Data Workflows is the orchestration layer that makes Smart Stack 3.0 defensible. Governed data does not sit on a shelf. Workflows put it to work across the enterprise from one control point. Every action logged. Every file verified. Every decision defensible.

    The three core workflows:

    • Governed Data for AI Workflow. Controls what reaches Copilot, Fabric, Harvey, and agentic systems. Only policy-aligned, provenance-verified Trusted Data Collections pass through. The single layer that makes AI defensible to legal, compliance, and the board.
    • Regulatory Response Workflow. Coordinates intake, review, and production for regulators. Full chain of custody from the first file to the final submission. Cuts the time from request to response from weeks to days.
    • Legal Hold Workflow. Preserves data the moment a hold is triggered. Enforces it across the Archive and the file estate. Tracks every custodian. Replaces the spreadsheet most enterprises still rely on.

Technical proof. Per-file hash verification across every node. A defensibility report on every workflow execution. Chain of custody preserved from origin to consumption.

Economic proof. The Trusted Data Buffer runs without per-call AI costs. Zero token burn. Free upgrades. Unlimited use. The governance program does not get derailed by usage-based pricing.

    Enterprise Intelligence Tools

Governed data does not just sit in a lakehouse waiting to be queried. The Portal serves it directly to the business systems the enterprise already runs on, and to the platforms it is bringing online next.

A growing list of integrations covers eDiscovery and review platforms, CRMs, ERPs, contract lifecycle management, GRC platforms, business intelligence tools, and the next wave of vertical AI applications. New integrations are added continuously as the ecosystem expands.

All fed by the same governed Trusted Data the Portal activates everywhere else. Same provenance. Same chain of custody. Same control point.

    One License, Full Platform

One license. One annual fee. The full Trusted Data Toolkit. Trusted Data Archive provides compliance-grade journal archiving for Exchange, M365, and Teams. Trusted Data Refinery scans Windows File Shares, SharePoint, and OneDrive in place at 8 million file objects per hour. Trusted Data Portal provides Direct MCP, Mirroring, Safe Data Drop, and Trusted Data Workflows.

The compliance archiving market alone runs per user, per month. A 100,000 seat enterprise spends six to fifteen million a year on archiving from single-purpose vendors. Smart Stack 3.0 is one million flat for the entire platform, with no per-user fees, no per-channel add-ons, no per-call AI costs, and no storage overages.

    Governance and Defensibility

Every action within the Trusted Data Portal is auditable, governed, and aligned to legal and compliance mandates. Chain of custody is preserved from the moment data enters the Portal through every AI interaction, workflow execution, and external share. Operations are protected with NIST-standardized post-quantum cryptographic algorithms, ensuring that Trusted Data remains resilient against emerging quantum computing threats.

    Key Benefits

    • Copilot Answers You Can Trust: Direct MCP gives Copilot, Harvey, and every AI surface a complete, immutable record under policy.
    • OneLake That Produces Intelligence: Mirroring projects governed Trusted Data Collections into OneLake. Fabric, Snowflake, and Databricks reason over signal, not noise.
    • One Platform for Collaboration and Intake: Safe Data Drop replaces consumer file tools and ad-hoc intake with one authenticated, encrypted, audited platform.
    • One Control Point for Governance: Trusted Data Workflows orchestrates governed data for AI, regulatory response, and legal hold from a single layer.

    Conclusion

The Archive made communications defensible. The Refinery made the file estate defensible. The Trusted Data Portal is where Trusted Data gets activated. One Portal. One license. Every Companion in the Smart Stack 3.0 ecosystem powered from the same control layer.
